Kingsway Pioneer Home Inc. is an 80 unit senior’s apartment building on the East end of Oshawa, Ontario. It is incorporated as a not-for-profit housing provider, and we are registered with the region of Durham’s Community Housing Properties. Constructed in 1979, KPH has served the community’s seniors for over 45 years. We offer an independent living opportunity for seniors who would like a clean, quiet, conveniently located place to call home. We have both bachelor and one-bedroom units, and a bright, clean laundry room on the main floor. Our large lobby and dining area offers a variety of activities throughout the year.
